The art of healing comes from nature, not from the physician.
Therefore, the physician must start from nature, with an open mind.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment combining holistic massage techniques with a personalised blend of essential oils to help ease physical and emotional stress and tension.
What is Aromatherapy Massage?
The benefits of pure essential oils are endless!
The properties of the oils have different psychological and physiological effects on our body systems. They influence our mood, aim to alleviate fatigue, help us de-stress and allow the body and mind to return to balance.
They can sedate or invigorate any system in the body as well as have a natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect on the muscular system.
Why use essential oils?
What is the aim of aromatherapy massage?
The aim is to relax taut muscles, aid lymphatic drainage, release toxins and restore balance to body and mind, through therapeutic touch. Massage treatments can help reduce stress and increase energy levels, as there is less energy spent holding the body in a state of tension and strain.
At the beginning of your session we work together to choose the oils you need and create the perfect blend for you. The blend will be used for the massage, and the remainder of the blend is yours to keep. You can add it to a bath, an oil burner or use to moisturize and care for your skin.
Armatherapy Massage provides light-medium pressure, this is not a firm/deep tissue massage, if you prefer firm/deep pressure check out Warm Bamboo Massage.
What happens durnig a session?
60-minutes full body £65.00
45-minutes back, neck & shoulders £50.00
