Hi, I’m Lisa

I’m an Integrative Mind-Body Therapist dedicated to helping people with long-term pain move easier, sleep better, and think clearer. If you feel stuck in a cycle of physical exhaustion and chronic discomfort, I am here to tell you that relief is possible.

With more than two decades of experience, I help you understand the deep, invisible relationship between your body, mind, stress, and pain. By combining clinical hypnotherapy, trauma-informed restorative yoga, and other therapeutic techniques, we work collaboratively to regulate your nervous system and create lasting, meaningful change.

On a Personal Note

I'm an animal lover, a hugger, dreamer, visualiser, meditator, and a highly sensitive empathic soul. Life has not always been rosy (which is why I do the work I do, from lived experience) but I’m truly grateful for every day I wake up, and I’m determined to love life, even in the times it feels like it doesn’t love me back!

Qualifications

I was not a fan of school, but since leaving I’ve become the biggest nerd I know! What a difference it makes when you’re learning something you’re actually interested in.
Currently, I’m pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Lancashire. I’m a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Yoga Teacher, Holistic Therapist, and many moons ago I was even a Beauty Therapist. I’ve studied extensively in the area of trauma, grief, health and wellness; if you’d like to view a list of my diplomas and certificates please click here.

Memberships

I’m a full member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR). I’m also a full, longstanding member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). I have previously been a full member of the Canadian Reiki Association and Yoga Alliance (membership ended when I moved to the UK), and I am a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
